Welcome to The Oyé World Pod

We are delighted to introduce you to THE OYÉ WORLD POD – the brand new podcast from Africa Oyé – the UK’s biggest celebration of African and Caribbean music and culture.

The podcast, hosted by Oyé’s Artistic Director, Paul Duhaney & Oyé Ambassador, Spykatcha, will welcome a different guest each show, chatting about the music they just can’t live without, dream festival lineups and lots lots more.

EPISODE 4 – MERVYN LYNCH AKA DJ 2KIND

DJ 2Kind is a Liverpool-based DJ who started his musical journey as an MC for one of Liverpool’s pioneering Hip Hop acts “First In Command” & making a string DJ performances at some of L8’s legendary house parties in the early 90’s. 2Kind Joined “Lyrical Compact” and along DJ Olabean & D Fresh he spent the next few years smashing venues across the North West and promoting huge Liverpool Urban Events like “Players Ball” and the Massive “BOUNCE” which brought artists like Trevor Nelson & MJ Cole to Liverpool for the first time.
